PHS (Personal Health System)

"PHS" is a software project aimed at revolutionizing healthcare in Uganda by providing a centralized platform for accessing patient health records and improving accessibility to various health services. The system aims to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and convenience of healthcare delivery by integrating patient records, health insurance, ambulance services, and health tips into a comprehensive digital solution.

The primary objective of the project is to create a secure and user-friendly web application that consolidates patient health records from various healthcare providers into a single, centralized database. This allows authorized healthcare professionals to access patient information in real-time, enabling better coordination of care, faster diagnosis, and more informed treatment decisions. By streamlining access to patient health records, the system minimizes redundant procedures, eliminates the need for multiple record transfers, and improves overall healthcare delivery.

As a project lead, my role was to oversee and guide all aspects of the project, ensuring its successful completion within the specified timelines while meeting the desired objectives.
